General Election

Dear members,

I am very happy to announce the call for nominations for the upcoming general election.  The positions up for contention are:

President
Chairperson
Vice-President (External Operations)
Vice-President (Internal Operations)
Vice-President (Activities)
Treasurer

We encourage all our members to nominate themselves as a team.  However, in the event that you are unable to form a team, you may submit an individual nomination and we will do our best to group all the individual nominations that we receive into a team.

If you are interested in nominating your team/yourself, please send in an email stating your name and desired position (if you’re running in a team please send ONE email for all your team members) to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it as soon as possible as there are additional documents that need to be filled out before you can be added to the register.  

The deadline for all applications is the 13th of September at 5pm.  Only applications received before the deadline will be entertained.

Polling will occur for 3 days:

27th, 29th September 2010
12pm – 5pm at Quad 1025

AND

30th September 2010
2pm – 7pm at Quad 1025
