The users access to the website is conditional upon his/her acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this document and any other notices displayed elsewhere on this website all of which are hereby incorporated by reference into the "Terms of Use". The users use of, and/or access to, the website constitutes his/her agreement to the Terms of Use. Failure to comply with the Terms of Use may result in the termination of the user's account. BSOC reserves the right to terminate a users account and/or ban a specific user at any time without notice. If any information provided by the user is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, BSOC reserves the right to terminate the users registration and account at any time without notice. BSOC may refuse to grant the user usernames that it considers illegal, vulgar or inappropriate, at its discretion. The user will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of their username and password and agree not to transfer or resell their use of or access to the Website to any third party.User SubmissionsBy electronically transferring or otherwise providing or making available to BSOC any notes, papers, or other resources, or any other materials at all, the user declares that the material s/he provides is either his/her own original work or is work for which he/she has permission to publicly distribute. S/he acknowledges that s/he is responsible for the materials that s/he submits, and that s/he, not BSOC, has full responsibility for the materials including their legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and copyright. S/he declares that s/he is giving permission to BSOC to redistribute and reproduce the submitted materials in any form and in any way, without limitation. S/he acknowledges that this permission is granted as a necessary condition of submission and that BSOC cannot be held liable for copyright infringements or any other legal issues which may arise from the submission. S/he also agrees to release BSOC from being held responsible for any negative consequences that may arise from submission of materials including, but not limited to, any legal ramifications or any losses.User BehaviourBSOC will not tolerate users expressing forms of bigotry, racism or hatred, or user behaviour in the form of threats, harassment, stalking, or abuse. The user must verify with moderators and/or administrators of the forum if they are in any doubt as to whether the content they wish to post is appropriate. Topics of discussion that are considered inappropriate in the forum can be deleted at the discretion of the moderators and/or administrators, at any time without notification. BSOC does not allow any illegal activities on its forum. The user cannot use the forum to publish, post, distribute, or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene, or other unlawful material or information. BSOC will not condone users seen to be using the forum signature as an advertising mechanism and/or emailing or private messaging other users with spam regarding their services. The BSOC moderating/administrative team reserve the right to give a final warning to users violating this clause and after consideration terminate the users account and/or ban the users.Sale AdvertisementsAny use of the BSOC Textbook Corner for private purposes is solely at the users own risk and BSOC has no liability for such use. It is the users responsibility to advise the moderating team when an item has been sold. BSOC reserves the right to delete advertisement posts which it considers inappropriate, at its discretion at any time and without notice. The user must be legally able to sell or can legally facilitate the purchase/rent transaction of the entity or entities they list on the Textbook Corner.
